Delivery

We post to UK addresses only. Delivery is a flat £3.95 per order with Evri tracked, whatever you buy.

Personalised items are made especially for your dancer, so please allow a little extra time for these.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your Starz uniform. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just email enquiries@starzballet.com first and we'll help.

• Personalised items (with a name or chosen print) are made especially for your dancer, so we can't accept these back unless they're faulty.
• Tights and socks can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, for hygiene reasons.
• Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
• If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, let us know within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
